We modernized this Silver Lake Spanish bungalow with a complete renovation. The original layout was updated with careful consideration to maximize the existing footprint. In addition to a reimagined space plan, interior transom windows, blonde woods, and organic materials were chosen to accentuate the natural light and create seamlessness throughout. The result is a bright home with a feeling of spaciousness that belies its square footage.
